After graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Mr. McCausland began his commercial aviation career by joining his father’s flying business (FBO) located in Carlsbad, NM. His first responsibility was as a flight instructor and over time he became Chief Pilot of a FAR 141 certified flight school, and later an FAA Designated Examiner for Private, Commercial, Instrument and Multi-engine certificates, and Chief Pilot of a multi and single engine FAR 135 air taxi operation. It was during this period that he began designing aircraft maintenance software that later grew into ULTRAMAIN.
While working for his father’s FBO, Mr. McCausland joined the New Mexico Air National Guard. He flew A7D and later F-16CG aircraft over a 25-year career as a guardsman. He flew in three combat air patrol tours over Bosnia and Iraq. During this period, when not deployed, he also owned and operated Ultramain Systems and is the President and CEO.
Ultramain Systems, headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, has grown to be a world leader in aircraft maintenance and engineering software (M&E) where Ultramain’s M&E software leads the industry in paperless M&E implementations. Its electronic logbooks software (ELB) leads the industry in this market segment with more regulatory authority ops approvals than all other offerings combined.
Mr. McCausland resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico where Ultramain Systems corporate offices are located. He is married and has two children.

Maj Gen (ret) Thomas R. Coon

After graduating from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Mr. Coon joined the United States Air Force. Mr. Coon served a total of 36 years with the United States Air Force, Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserves. He held command positions at the Numbered Air Force, Group, and Squadron levels.
Some key highlights of his military career include his appointment as the Commander of 10th Air Force, involving all combat forces in the Air Force Reserve, including all fighter, bomber, special ops, AWACs and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (“ISR”) units. The 10th Air Force also operated all the Air Force Reserve space, flight test and training units. This command was comprised of approximately 20,000 military and civilian personnel. Following that assignment Mr. Coon was appointed as the Deputy Chief, Central Security Service (“CSS”), where he commanded the National Security Agency (“NSA”) assigned cryptologic components of the US Marine Corp, US Navy, US Air Force, and US Coast Guard. Primary missions were collection of foreign signals intelligence and crypto analysis. The CSS consists of about 20,000 uniformed military members and civilians located around the globe, constituting approximately one half of the total NSA workforce.
Mr. Coon’s next assignment was as a dual hatted position as the Military Assistant to the Director of the NSA and to the Commander of the US Cyber Command, where he assisted the Director in running the NSA, planning organizational changes and R&D budgets, overseeing operations and coordinating with the uniformed services and other US intelligence agencies. Mr. Coon participated in the initial standup of the US Cyber Command.
Mr. Coon also conducted FAA Part 121 operations for 31 years as a pilot for Delta Air Lines. He operated as Captain, under FAA and ICAO rules governing domestic and international routes, as well as Ultra Long Haul operations. For 19 years he was the Captain, First Officer, and Second Officer in domestic and international operations on Boeing 727, 757, 767, 767ER, MD-88 and MD-90. Following that, he was the Captain and First Officer in domestic, international and Ultra Long Haul operations for 12 years on Boeing 777ER and 777LR.

Martin K. Holland

Martin Holland has a broad range of experience in business, law, civilian and military aviation and military command. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of New Mexico Law School (Cum Laude) in 1986 and is an AV rated attorney. Until his retirement in 2021, he was the President of Holland Law P.C., where he practiced commercial law and litigation in New Mexico, Colorado and Nebraska state and federal courts. He was also a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. His practice areas included banking, finance, real estate development and sales, commercial transactions and employment law. Mr. Holland also has a Masters degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.
Mr. Holland’s undergraduate degree was from the United States Air Force Academy, where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class. Upon his graduation from the Academy, he served seven and a half years on active duty in the United States Air Force as a pilot, instructor pilot, and flight examiner. While in the United States Air Force, he obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. Mr. Holland subsequently served in the New Mexico National Guard for twenty-seven years and retired as a Brigadier General. His last position was Chief of the Joint Staff for the New Mexico Air and Army Guard where he was responsible for the planning and execution activities for over 4,000 military and civilian personnel. Mr. Holland has over 4,500 fighter flight hours in F-16 and A-7, has three combat tours in Iraq and Bosnia and 18 months on active duty at various locations following the 9-11 attacks. Mr. Holland also commanded the New Mexico deployment in support of Hurricane Katrina and Operation Jump Start, a national military operation involving fifty-three states and territories. In addition to his military flying experience, Mr. Holland flew as a commercial pilot for Delta Air Lines, retiring in 2009.
Mr. Holland also serves as a board member of the Alvarado Realty Co., a diverse commercial company which owns and operates over twenty different businesses, including shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, utility companies, two ski areas and the world’s longest aerial tramway.

Dr. Krueger is a Senior Behavioral Scientist at the RAND Corporation working primarily on military talent management topics and is a member of the Pardee RAND Graduate School faculty. Her research focuses on enhancing performance for both the individual and the organization. She has a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Davidson College (North Carolina) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University (near Washington DC).
Her current work includes recruiting, assessment, selection, and retention for highly specialized communities. Her past research and consulting experiences have focused on topics such as training, leadership, teamwork, multiteam systems, organizational culture, program evaluation, and diversity. She has authored multiple publications.

Maj McCausland graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science in Energy Management in 2011. After graduating, he worked at Ultramain Systems in Quality Control while applying for pilot training. He joined the Oklahoma Air National Guard in 2012 and graduated from pilot training in 2014.
After completing pilot training, he attended advanced flying training in the F-16 aircraft where he graduated at the top of his class. Maj McCausland has since participated in multiple flying deployments including to Poland in support of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and coalition operations as well as two combat deployments, one in Afghanistan and other at an undisclosed location in the Middle East.
In addition to his flying duties, Maj McCausland was selected by his unit to be the Squadron Safety Officer, and subsequently attended the Air Force Aviation Safety School. In his position as the Safety Officer, he has responsibility for all aspects of ground and air safety for the Unit.
He currently lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife Katelyn where he flies F-16’s for the Oklahoma Air National Guard. |

Cynthia C. Reinhart

Ms. Reinhart has been a leader and member of the Albuquerque business community for over 30 years and, prior to her retirement from KPMG in 2014, was a leader in her chosen professional field of public accounting. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Franklin University, and then joined the Albuquerque office of KPMG LLP in 1986. In 1998, she became the first woman in Albuquerque to be elected to the partnership with KPMG LLP. In 2001, she was promoted to Managing Partner of the Albuquerque office. Ms. Reinhart also served as KPMG’s representative to Washington, DC-based Accountants’ Coalition. This organization is composed of representatives from each of the 50 states and is charged with liaising with senators and congressional representatives on matters of importance to the public accounting profession. She retired from KPMG LLP in September 2014. After her retirement she served on KPMG’s retired partner Council for two years.
Ms. Reinhart is a Certified Public Accountant in New Mexico (inactive). She currently serves on the investment committee of Presbyterian Healthcare Services and a locally-based real estate company, Carlo Inc. She is a board member and co-founder of the Greater New Mexico Chapter of Women Corporate Directors. She is a past board member of Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation, Albuquerque Economic Forum (2011 Chair and Treasurer 2012-2016), past board member and executive committee member of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, past board member and treasurer of Planned Parenthood of New Mexico for over six years.
Ms. Reinhart lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is married to Bill Reinhart and has three children, Alex, Kate and Bobby.
