This website uses a third-party plug-in that allows visitors to schedule calendar appointments for online meetings with our employees and/or contractors. When signing up for an calendar appointment, you are providing us with your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title, amongst other information that may be collected on the electronic form. Signing up for an appointment on our website allows us to use your contact information to send you additional information such as product and marketing information. By submitting the Calendly appointment form, you are providing Ultramain consent to: a) retain the personal information you submitted, b) contact you via phone or email, and c) send marketing emails and materials. If you register for an event with Ultramain, we will use the registration information that you submit to process your request and send you additional information about the event.
